These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mapsrescue.com (the "Site") and the Maps Rescue Google Business Profile cleanup service (the "Service"), offered by Marketing with Artificial Intelligence LLC, a California limited liability company based in Burbank, CA ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Maps Rescue is a service of Marketing with Artificial Intelligence LLC.
Maps Rescue provides Google Business Profile cleanup services for local businesses, including review and correction of business hours, categories, photos, services and products, and other listing details. We offer a one-time Profile Rescue service and an optional Keep-Worthy monitoring service. Fees, scope, and timing for any specific engagement are as shown in the offer on this Site or as agreed between you and us in a quote, invoice, or agreement.
The Service is intended for local businesses with an existing Google Business Profile. To perform the Service, we may ask you to grant us Manager-level (or equivalent) access to your Google Business Profile. You remain the Owner of your Google account and profile at all times and may revoke our access at any time. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Google account and for complying with Google's own terms and policies.
We do not guarantee, promise, or represent that the Service will result in any particular Google Maps or local search ranking, increased visibility, additional calls, leads, or customers, or the removal of any review. Google — not us — controls its ranking algorithms, review policies, and the approval or rejection of any profile edit, and outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
Maps Rescue and Marketing with Artificial Intelligence LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or a certified partner of Google LLC. "Google," "Google Business Profile," "Google Maps," and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC, used here only to describe the subject matter of our Service.
You represent that you are an authorized representative of the business whose Google Business Profile you ask us to review or manage, that the information you provide to us is accurate, and that you have the right to grant us the access we request. You are responsible for the content and accuracy of information you provide about your business.
The one-time Profile Rescue fee is the amount shown in the offer on this Site or in your quote or agreement, and is charged for the work performed. The first month of the optional Keep-Worthy monitoring service is included with the Profile Rescue at no charge, no credit card is required to start it, and it ends automatically at the end of that month unless you choose to continue. If you choose to continue, the Keep-Worthy fees are those shown when you sign up or set out in your agreement with us.
The content, design, graphics, and other materials on this Site are owned by Marketing with Artificial Intelligence LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission, other than as necessary to use the Site and Service as intended.
The Site and the Service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marketing with Artificial Intelligence LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Marketing with Artificial Intelligence LLC harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or the information you provide to us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
